01Problem
People have surplus and the will to give, but not the information: what is needed, where to take it, and when an organization is accepting drop-offs. That gap turns into waste while pantries stay under-served.
02Insight
Generosity is mostly a routing problem.
Make the need legible and nearby and the donation follows.
03What I built
A data-centric prototype on Gemini Canvas with a live map that aggregates real-time requests and lets users filter by category and distance, plus a retention layer, a community heat map and a friends leaderboard, to gamify neighborhood support.

04Result
I pitched live at SF Tech Week with a working proof of concept. The pitch video is above.
