How I Work

I treat product as translation work: turning ambiguous problems and dense research into things people can actually use.

For technology to create real impact, it has to be legible to the people who stand to benefit from it most.

Take an unstructured problem, find the decision hiding inside it, and build the system that makes the decision tractable.

Research is only done when someone on the front line can use it. Artifacts over reports.

Working across builders, researchers, and operators to keep a project moving as one thing.

Meet decision makers where they are, and bring them the inputs they actually weigh.

Ship the recommendation, not just the analysis, and present it so leadership can act.

I believe digital equity begins with accessible UX. Coming from a non-technical background, design became my translator for complex products.
